At Bryant Street we understand that everyone is different and this means that not one specific ministry can reach out to all types of people. Therefore the men’s ministry at Bryant Street exists on four different levels in order to reach men where ever they are spiritually.
Reach Level: These are activities where men build relationships with other men. Just hanging out, having fun and getting to know each other. Activities like Angel or Dodger games, fishing trips, camping trips, Superbowl and World Series parties, etc.
Grow and Disciple Level: Every man should be plugged into some type of small group here at Bryant Street in which they are being fed spiritually. Where they will be encouraged to own and internalize their faith through individual devotions, prayer and catch a vision for sharing their faith with other men. This can happen during the week or in Sunday morning small groups.
Equip and Develop Level: These types of activities help men to develop a level of competency in their faith and to discover how to best use their spiritual gifts in service and to help them defend their faith and put it into practice in their personal life. These activities can include retreats, Promise Keepers Conventions, and mini-conferences.
Multiply Level: These activities challenge men to be multipliers of their faith. They challenge men to develop a vision and passion for being used by God. These can include short term mission projects, starting a Market Place Bible study, prayer groups, and community outreach projects.
